VW Accident Aftercare is a complimentary service available to every VW owner, providing first class support to anyone involved in a road traffic accident.

With VW Accident Aftercare, you will be provided with a complete one-stop solution for all your post-accident needs, ensuring that you as the customer receive a seamless service which removes all the hassle that can occur in the aftermath of an accident.

Our customer proposition includes the following:

• 24 hours / 7 days a week customer helpline
• Recovery of your damaged vehicle (if undriveable) to our approved bodyshop and full management of repairs
• Liaising with your insurance company and the other drivers; just call us and we will take over from there
• Management of all further communication with your insurance company
• Arrangement of mobility needs, including a like for like courtesy vehicle for the full length of your vehicle’s repair time for non-fault customers
• Complimentary Courtesy VW for at fault customers for a period of 48 hours if your vehicle is undriveable
• Recovery of all your uninsured losses e.g. your policy excess, hire charges, loss of earnings and injury compensation
